On 24 September 2016, the team of Tim Geopark Ciletuh associated with the Ministry of heading for the UK to attend the International Seminar on the Riviera Geopark Unesco Global Geopark, England, which was held on 27 to 30 September 2016. With a mission to register Geopark National Ciletuh Palabuhanratu (GNCP) became Unesco Global Geopark is planned next year. After the National Geopark Geopark Ciletuh be inaugurated by Kemendikbud, lot of enchancement by the Team. Infrastructure development, amenity, comfort and marketing done by them. The titles are (1) The Geological trail of Ciletuh national Geopark, West Java, Indonesia; self-guided trails for all, the presentation by Prof Mega Rosana contains explanations of Geopark Ciletuh with a variety of unique geological need to be made pathways thematic to develop programs Geotourism can raise the standard of economic income of local communities in the region Geopark, (2) Business Sector Role in the Geopark Development: Case Study of PT Bio Farma (Persero) in the Development of Ciletuh Geopark, Sukabumi, presentation by Mr. Herry is about Ciletuh assisted Geopark Development of the business sector by PT. Bio Farma through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the program is about empowering people in developing Geopark Ciletuh, (3) Sustainable Geopark Development: Case Of Ciletuh Geopark, West Java, presentation by Mr. Yerry Yanuar is about the development of Geopark Ciletuh multi-dimensional, not only of the concept of geological but also develop other concepts such as biodiversity and culture (including the heritage site ecology, archeology, history, history and culture) through the concept of conservation, and spatial planning, (4) Geodiversity Research and Geo-education at Ciletuh Geopark, West Java, presentations were also delivered by Prof. Mega rosana is about How to make Geopark Ciletuh as the Center for Education and Research of Geology, (5) Mutual Partnership in the Geopark Management: Geofeatures and Geosites Management in the Ciletuh National Geopark, Sukabumi, West Java, Indonesia, presentation by Mr. Budiman Fund is about forms of cooperation to the Geopark Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu Management with Geopark Ciletuh partners that provide a win-win solution in the development and management of Ciletuh Geopark.
And the teams are divided into the promotion is ready to introduce Geopark Indonesia, especially Ciletuh to people from around the world who have come to this event. The park is divided into 4 areas Devonian, Carboniferous, Permian and Quaternary. Each area in the park tells the story based on the period. Colorful, attractive and interpretation boards are suppaorted aspect of the story that can be delivered from the Geopark Riviera. This park provides an ideal setting in which factor geo-creative can bind children and adults in understanding geopark.
From Goodrington, around the south cove stretches of sand to Saltern beauty of the bay and rock outcrops not only presents a remarkable biological information but also to support the diversity of coastal habitats. As a result in addition to provisions Geological SSSI this place is also the only underwater SSSI in the UK and a local maritime nature reserve.
Berry Head, with its 60 metre (200 feet) high cliffs has for centuries offered shelter and protection to wildlife, people and nation. Integrating the fragile, rare plant and insect life of its limestone grassland, the thousand-strong guillemot colony (the most southerly in the UK) and its many sea caves the site holds a hugely impressive list of official designation all of which hint at its national and international significance for nature conservation.
